AI agents for marketing agencies: complete briefs, faster approvals
An agent collects the brief, chases what is missing and assembles the approval package. Your account managers approve everything that goes out.
Where agency hours go
Briefs arrive in pieces
A voice note, a photo folder and half the details in an email.
Approval rounds
Every round means rebuilding the package and sending it again.
The same formats every month
Captions, resized posts and the monthly report, all following a pattern.
Try it: one client request from WhatsApp to a scheduled post
Step through a brief arriving on Tuesday morning, the drafts and designs, the account manager's decision and the schedule.
A client sends a brief on WhatsApp
Tuesday, 09:12. The agent reads the message, pulls out what was asked for, and asks about the one thing it can't work out on its own.
- Ana, Bistro Larisa Hi! We launch the autumn menu on Friday. Can we get 3 Instagram posts and a story? Photos are in the shared folder.
- Agency Thanks, Ana. One question before we start: should the posts show prices?
- Ana, Bistro Larisa No prices, just the dishes.
- Deliverables
- 3 feed posts, 1 story
- Goes live
- Friday, 10:00
- Photos
- Shared folder “Autumn menu”, 14 files
- Rule from client
- No prices
The agent drafts the captions
It writes in the bistro's voice, using the client's last approved posts as examples, then checks the drafts against the brief.
- Post 1 Autumn is on the menu from Friday. Roasted pumpkin soup, slow-cooked beef cheeks and a plum tart we keep sneaking from the kitchen.
- Post 2 The pumpkin soup took us six tries. Come on Friday and tell us if the seventh was worth it.
- Post 3 Book a table for the first weekend of the autumn menu. Link in bio.
- Story Friday. New menu. Tap to book.
- Checked No prices. Three dishes named. Friday date matches the brief.
- Flagged for a person Post 2 says the soup “took six tries”. Confirm it with the client or cut the line.
The agent fills the agency's templates
It picks photos from the folder and places them in the layouts the agency already made for this client. The designer checks every frame.

The account manager approves, or sends it back
Ioana sees the brief, the drafts, the designs and the flag on post 2 on one screen. Nothing is scheduled until she decides.
Waiting for Ioana. Nothing is scheduled.
Approved by Ioana at 15:40, with the “six tries” line confirmed by the client.
Ioana asks to cut the “six tries” line. The agent rewrites post 2 and the package comes back to her. Nothing is scheduled.
Approved posts go to the schedule
Locked. Publishing starts only after the account manager approves.
| Post | Where | When | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Post 1 | Instagram feed | Fri 10:00 | Scheduled |
| Story | Instagram story | Fri 10:05 | Scheduled |
| Post 2 | Instagram feed | Sat 12:00 | Scheduled |
| Post 3 | Instagram feed | Sun 18:00 | Scheduled |
- If a post fails The agent keeps it as a draft and tells Ioana what went wrong. It does not keep retrying on its own.
- Client update A WhatsApp message to Ana is drafted with the schedule. Ioana sends it.
What an agent can take on
Brief intake
Reads the client's messages, lists deliverables and dates, and asks about what is missing.
Drafts in the client's voice
Captions written from past approved posts, with claims flagged for a person to confirm.
Templates and approval packages
Copy and photos placed in your layouts, then brief, drafts and questions in one place.
Scheduling and reports
Approved posts queued in your scheduling tool and the monthly summary drafted. People send both.
We already run software for agencies: KeySend checks Google Ads accounts daily and prepares a weekly PDF for each client.
Who this is for
A good fit
Agencies with recurring monthly work for several clients and account managers who approve what goes out.
Look elsewhere if
Mostly one-off campaigns, or clients who expect posts published without anyone checking.
Questions
Will clients know an agent drafted the post?
That is your decision, made with the client. Where an agent talks to people directly, it says it is an AI. The posts themselves are approved by your team and the client, as now.
Does it work with our scheduling tool?
If the tool has an API that allows scheduling, usually yes. Instagram, for example, limits how many posts an account can publish through its API each day. We check your tools and their limits before we build.
Can it learn each client's tone?
It works from each client's past approved posts and the notes your team keeps. Your team still edits; those edits help us adjust the instructions.
