Business automation and API integration
We connect business applications so orders, invoices and reports move without manual copying. Data follows agreed rules, with exceptions sent to the responsible person.
Send an order through four connected tools, then one missing a tax ID.

Processes we automate
Orders, invoices and stock
Shops, accounting, stock and couriers linked so a record moves once.
Reports and documents
Built from agreed sources, checked, and laid out in your templates.
Connectors
A small API where two systems have none, tested for failures as well as the normal case.
From manual process to automation
Map one job
How the data moves today, who checks it and where it goes wrong.
Rules in writing
Sources, exceptions and approvals, with a fixed setup price and limited access.
Test the bad days
Missing data, duplicates and outages, tested with your team before go-live.
Hand over
A runbook for watching it, fixing an exception and stopping it.
Products built by AL+
KeySend pulls Google Ads data every day, checks it and builds a PDF for each client. PostDeploy Analytics gathers visits from many websites into one report.
Who this is for
A good fit
A repeating job, rules you can explain and someone to handle exceptions.
Look elsewhere if
The process changes every week, or your tools offer neither an API nor an export.
Questions
Do we have to change our programs?
No. We start with the ones you have and explain each provider's limits and costs before we build.
Is this AI?
Not always. Clear rules run as ordinary code. AI classifies or drafts only where your examples justify it, and a person approves the result.
Can we keep it if we change developer?
Yes. The code written for you is yours, in a repository your company owns from day one, with the rules, tests and runbook.

Software needs an owner
Software becomes expensive when nobody clearly owns it. Ownership is a role, not a repository permission, and most struggling systems are missing it.
What process do you want to automate?
Tell us which applications you use and where you copy data manually. We check integration options before preparing a quote.
